Refund policy

WE'RE SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO TRY ONANA!

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service and products.  

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, send us an email to sales@onanafoods.com with pictures of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily send you a replacement order or issue a refund (on a case by case basis) within 10 business days.

Note for subscription orders:

We are able to cancel and issue a refund of a subscription order before the order has been shipped. We are unable to issue a refund once the subscription order has shipped. 

Please contact our team at sales@onanafoods.com if you would like to cancel an order before it has processed or once you receive the order confirmation. We are happy to help you adjust the frequency of your orders or to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel, pause or adjust the frequency of a subscription by logging in to your account.
