VEGAN BLACK BEAN BURGERS WITH PLANTAIN WRAP

INGREDIENTS
- ONANA Tortillas
- Black beans
- Oats
- Tapioca flour
- Garlic
- Onion
- Peppers
- Almond milk
- Tomato paste
- Chilli powder
- Cumin
- Smoked Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor add
1 can of rinsed and drained blackbeans, 1 cup oats, 2 tbsp tapioca flour, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup chopped tri peppers, 1/4 cup almond milk, 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp of each: chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika. - Blend.
- Spoon onto a baking tray into patty sizes and bake at 450°f for 20 minutes, flip and cook another 15 minutes.
- I filled the wrap with with 1 piece of vegan cheese, 1 tbsp guacamole, bbq sauce, onion.
