VEGAN BLACK BEAN BURGERS WITH PLANTAIN WRAP

INGREDIENTS
  • ONANA Tortillas
  • Black beans
  • Oats
  • Tapioca flour 
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Peppers
  • Almond milk
  • Tomato paste 
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin
  • Smoked Paprika 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a food processor add
    1 can of rinsed and drained blackbeans, 1 cup oats, 2 tbsp tapioca flour, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup chopped tri peppers, 1/4 cup almond milk, 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp of each: chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika.
  • Blend.
  • Spoon onto a baking tray into patty sizes and bake at 450°f for 20 minutes, flip and cook another 15 minutes.
  • I filled the wrap with with 1 piece of vegan cheese, 1 tbsp guacamole, bbq sauce, onion.
