INGREDIENTS

  • ONANA TORTILLAS 
  • PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS CAPS
  • BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE  
  • GREEN ONIONS 
  • PLANT-BASED TUNA  
  • AVOCADO
  • SLICED CUCUMBER 
  • CILANTRO

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Toast tortillas on skillet 
  2. Chop up green onions, how ever much you prefer
  3. Sauté Mushroom caps and green onion in balsamic vinaigrette 
  4. Cook plant based tuna 
  5. Prepare your taco, fill with tuna, top it off with sautéed mushrooms and green onions, with avocado, cilantro and sliced cucumber 
  6. Serve, and Enjoy!
