INGREDIENTS
- ONANA Tortillas
- NY Strip
- Avocado
- Chipotle lime aioli
- cauliflower
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare NY strip
- Sear steak to desired temperature (medium rare to get the pink color)
- Roast cauliflower in oven
- Heat tortillas
- Slice avocado
- Assemble tacos and top with chipotle aioli
