SAUTEED VEGGIE BREAKFAST TACO

Top it all with loads of avocado 🥑, a heavy dose of hot sauce 🌶, and a side (or two) of eggs 🍳 and you’ve got yourself a delicious and well-rounded meal that comes together in basically no time flat! 😋"

INGREDIENTS

  • TWO ONANA TORTILLAS
  • HUNGRY ROOT VEGGIE MIX (OR OTHER VEGGIE MIXES)
  • 1/2 AVOCADO
  • HOT SAUCE OF CHOICE
  • 2 EGGS 
  • AVOCADO OR COCONUT OIL

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat individual tortillas on a dry pan until slightly browned, pliable, and fully heated.
  2. Sauté Hungry Root veggies in oil until cooked.
  3. Slice avocado and add veggies to tortilla.
  4. Top veggies with avocado slices and drizzle on hot sauce.
  5. Cook eggs in desired fashion.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
