INGREDIENTS
- TWO ONANA TORTILLAS
- HUNGRY ROOT VEGGIE MIX (OR OTHER VEGGIE MIXES)
- 1/2 AVOCADO
- HOT SAUCE OF CHOICE
- 2 EGGS
- AVOCADO OR COCONUT OIL
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat individual tortillas on a dry pan until slightly browned, pliable, and fully heated.
- Sauté Hungry Root veggies in oil until cooked.
- Slice avocado and add veggies to tortilla.
- Top veggies with avocado slices and drizzle on hot sauce.
- Cook eggs in desired fashion.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
