"Have you ever used your leftover pickle juice for chicken?

If you haven’t, boy are you in for a treat. In today’s stories I showed you the most gringo of gringo tacos. But a taco can really be anything that’s wrapped in a tortilla so 🤷🏻‍♀️"

Made by @cookwithanais

  • ONANA Tortillas
  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Leftover juice from a jar of pickles (smokey dills)
  • Fillings of your choice -- red onions, sauce, tomatoes, etc.

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in leftover pickle juice
  2. Poach chicken
  3. Simply place a grain-free tortilla on a hot cast iron skillet. Put your filling in one half of the tortilla and flip the other half over it like, well, a taco.
  4. Let the tortilla crisp on one side, then flip to let the other side crisp
  5. Stuff with fillings of your choice
  6. Serve, and enjoy!
