INGREDIENTS
- ONANA Tortillas
- Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Leftover juice from a jar of pickles (smokey dills)
- Fillings of your choice -- red onions, sauce, tomatoes, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate chicken breasts in leftover pickle juice
- Poach chicken
- Simply place a grain-free tortilla on a hot cast iron skillet. Put your filling in one half of the tortilla and flip the other half over it like, well, a taco.
- Let the tortilla crisp on one side, then flip to let the other side crisp
- Stuff with fillings of your choice
- Serve, and enjoy!
