FROZEN VEGETABLE BLEND

2 TABLESPOON TRADER JOE’S KALE PESTO
-
SPEROFOODS GOATY CHEESE
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pan, heat frozen vegetable mix until soft and tender.
- Heat individual tortillas on a dry pan until slightly browned, pliable, and fully heated.
- In tortillas spread the kale pesto, then add vegetables, and top with the desired amount of “goaty cheese” or other non-dairy cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
