PESTO VEGGIE TACOS

INGREDIENTS

  • ONANA TORTILLAS 

  • FROZEN VEGETABLE BLEND

  • 2 TABLESPOON TRADER JOE’S KALE PESTO

  • SPEROFOODS GOATY CHEESE 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan, heat frozen vegetable mix until soft and tender.
  2. Heat individual tortillas on a dry pan until slightly browned, pliable, and fully heated. 
  3. In tortillas spread the kale pesto, then add vegetables, and top with the desired amount of “goaty cheese” or other non-dairy cheese. 
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
