Healthy Tortilla Egg Cups

Ingredients
  • ONANA Tortillas
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • 1 shrimp 
  • Diced tomatos
  • Shredded spinach
  • Sea salt 
  • Pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  • Coat the inside of a ramekin with olive oil 
  • Push your tortilla down into ramekin
  • Gently crack an egg into the tortilla
  • Add all of your toppings (shrimp can be omitted) 
  • Bake in an oven at 350 for around 15 minutes
  • Bake for another 2-3 minutes if you want the egg yolk to be fully cooked
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
