- ONANA Tortillas
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- 1 shrimp
- Diced tomatos
- Shredded spinach
- Sea salt
- Mozzarella cheese
- Coat the inside of a ramekin with olive oil
- Push your tortilla down into ramekin
- Gently crack an egg into the tortilla
- Add all of your toppings (shrimp can be omitted)
- Bake in an oven at 350 for around 15 minutes
- Bake for another 2-3 minutes if you want the egg yolk to be fully cooked
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
