FIESTA BEAN BOWL

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • ONANA TORTILLAS 

  • 1/2 CUP BLACK BEANS

  • 1/2 CUP CHICKPEAS

  • 1/2 TOMATO, CHOPPED

  • 1/4 CUP CORN

  • 1 LIME, JUICED

  • 2 TEASPOONS CILANTRO, CHOPPED

  • 1 TEASPOON OF SEA SALT

  • 1/4 AVOCADO, CUBED

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a strainer, rinse your black beans and chickpeas and then place them into a bowl.

  2. Add chopped tomato, corn, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and combine.

  3. In a pan, heat the tortilla until soft and pliable. About thirty seconds each side. 

  4. Cube avocado and serve alongside fiesta bean mixture and with a hot ONANA tortilla. 

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
